We offer an initial consultation this is so that we can assess what your current level and abilities are as well as to see what issues you might have and what your goals are. This is in order to guarantee training specific to you.

1 to 1

Private one to one training sessions which we offer a discount for block booking.

2 to 1

For those who want to train with a friend or are both training for an event we offer discounts for 2 to 1 sessions.

Small group

From time to time we arrange training for small groups towards a specific goal. Should you have a group who want training please get in touch.

Fight Camps

We run tailored fight camps of varying lengths. With training varying from daily to weekly sessions please get in touch to learn more

Sports Teams

If you are part of a team and are looking to train during the off season then we will be able to help.
